Blend into your favourite beverage (use a frother to help dissolve), shake or smoothie. Mix well and enjoy!
Mix into yoghurt and oatmeal.
For rapid absorption, pour one IMUMI scoop directly into your mouth.
To preserve IMUMI bioactive nutrients, mix with beverages cooled to 60°C Avoid hot liquids.

Children aged 3-12 years: Take a half teaspoonful (1.5 grams) once or twice daily on an empty stomach.
